Born and raised in Kansas, Joe earned his degree in Law at Washburn University School of Law after being enlisted in the Air Force. Graduated in the top 15% of his class, Joe made a significant academic distinction, and is now a licensed and practicing family law advocate. For more than 3 years, Joe has helped and mediated more than 200+ cases of divorce in the state of Idaho.
